Description
Staff on a specialist thoracic ward wrote a ward philosophy, attached, of the values they hold as a ward team. The philosophy is up on the walls and a copy is put in every patient’s information folder. They are asking patients for their comments and ideas, and will incorporate these into the philosophy. *evidence also for “Listening to and acting on feedback”
