  • everyone in the team gives patients the opportunity to feedback their views informally, and there is a system to capture the information and effect change to improve the patient experience
  • views complaints as an opportunity to improve services
  • has a suggestion box or feedback card system and links it to a notice board which publicises what suggestions have been made and what has been done as a result, or what has not been done and why
