Some practices and departments will want help in reaching the Level One criteria, others will simply fill in their portfolio to demonstrate they are at this level. In either case a 4Ps workshop, an informal assessment or mentoring may help staff understand what Patient Friendliness is about and how they can do it. Once your team is working towards Patient Friendly Recognition, 4ps will set up a secure password-protected area of our website for your team to log their Patient Friendly activities. In this way you build your portfolio for Recognition.
